  • We accept exchange or return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

  • No. Purchases made with promotional or influencer discount codes are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Exchanges are accepted only for size, subject to product availability.
    All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are Final Sale:

    • Purchases made with discount codes

    • Final Sale items

    • Worn, washed, or damaged products

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
    Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    Copa Closet is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
